Refunds

We only offer any kind of a refund as long as the item purchased was a new product, still has the packaging it came in and has been requested within seven days of original purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied onto the original method of payment.

Exchanges

For all used items purchased we will gladly exchange any item if it does not operate, with a functioning replacement as long as it meets the following criteria:

1- It has been within the 30 day exchange period from original date of purchase.

2- We still have stock of that item, if not we will offer options of what is in stock.

3- Was not marked as a final sale item, or non returnable item.

4- All lamps and bulbs are exempt from any exchange, they are an as-is purchase.

Shipping returns

If you cannot bring the item to our shop for refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
