Contracting

The client needed to create a space for their large staff to come to work, change into their uniform, punch in and have their breaks. We designed a large staff room area with a separate change room, personal lockers and kitchen. We drew up plans and submitted to the city of Burnaby our scope of work. After receiving all our permits we proceeded with building the room and sealing in the office windows. The scope of the work is complete turnkey from start to finish. Including framing, drywalling, electrical, plumbing, painting, ceiling, sprinklers and finishing. The space is a multi function staff room now which they never had at this facility. We worked closely with the client to make sure everything the staff may need was incorporated into the space even adding some extras along the way like a biometric time clock.
